The Cross Keys Surgery serves patients in Princes Risborough, Chinnor and surrounding villages. It has an active patient participation group (PPG) which  aims to; develop a partnership with patients, doctors and staff and to discover what a range of patients think about services and to establish their priorities. The role of R1R is to attend cardiac arrests and other RED ’999′ ambulance calls in the Risborough area when tasked by the South Central Ambulance Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) at Bicester.
